Our Favorite Things Shrinky Dink Shadowbox Art
Each student drew out some of their favorite things that then became a shrinky dink masterpiece! They were tiled together in (19.75x19.75) shadowbox frames.

Clay pieces mounted on wood in a moon phase arrangement could be a beautiful and artistic representation of the lunar cycle. Each clay piece could represent a different phase of the moon, from the waxing crescent to the full moon, and then to the waning crescent. The clay pieces might be textured or painted to enhance their appearance, and they could be arranged in a circular or semi-circular pattern on the wood, following the natural progression of the moon's phases. The wood mount could provide a natural and earthy backdrop for the clay pieces, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal of the piece.

Two pieces collaboratively created by our 3rd graders. Each student embellished painted wood strips with colorful patterns and designs and then parent volunteer assembled them into these super fun, folk-art inspired works on panel.
